I would participate in one of these of course, but I would like to also see the "contest" live on, perhaps in the form el diablo mentioned above.
Should we get something started before the weekend? I'll be home to cook fri and sunday (going to babbo on sat!) and would make a "contest" dish one of these nights if it is set up.
