The answer is none, and so a decent player is going to look you up with a Q here every time. Now maybe you got lucky and hes on clubs or a straight draw and you get a fold, but in general this river bet sucks.
Raise the flop, you have position on the guy who lead and a billion outs. If the turn bricks you can take a free one. If the guy 3bets the flop you have an easy shove for a flip with dead money.
