Thats is indeed good news. Thank you for resolving the issue. However I wont be completely satisfied, until I'm made aware about the exact nature of the problem, and how it was resolved..

I dont know if you care enugh to ask about the details of the technical error, but knowing what kinda issues crop up, is important to have any faith in the system, for me.
