I don't open this UTG nowadays, but it's probably close.
I'd just call/call/call against this guy. I absolutely don't see why you would raise the turn. As played just fold the river. I don't see what you can still beat. Even in the unlikely event he was semi-bluff 3-betting, he hit the flush.
