You do realize that the point of this article is much more in the interest of making a Republican presidential hopeful look bad than it is about dogs, right?
Maybe you should learn to read between the lines a little more. They found some nutcase animal pawn that they could use to smear Giuliani, end of discussion. Never believe anything you read until you can verify it from three different articles written by three different authors in three different papers. Then be skeptical.
