NYC Housing market MUST DIE!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm looking for a place in the NYC metro area. My pref is to move into a share or find a no-fee place. I've been looking at shares this week.
#1: Dude wears a tie at home. No joke, its 8 PM, he's talking to me about the place, still has a tie on. Also he seems a little uptight.
#2: This is the best option, so pray I get it. Awesome apartment, great location, low rent, cool and laid-back dude. Thousands of people will attempt to get this place.
#3: Another guy with no social skills. He owns the place and is asking about 250 too much for the room.
#4: Married couple (not disclosed in ad). They talk about their current roommate as being ideal: "she's created her own little world in her room. We're looking for someone who keeps to themselves." Their parents arrive for a month-long stay on Sunday. Also kinda expensive for the location.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
Cliffs: Everything sucks and I will be homeless at the end of the month.
