So, to my surprise, two new grad students joined our group today, one of which will begin working under me. I introduced myself to him and the conversation started like this:
Me: Hi there.
Him: Hello. My name is Liu (sp).
Me: Nice to meet you. I'm Justen.
Him: I like Justin Timberlake too.
Me: Wait, what?
This is not going to be fun.
