This is [censored], looks like you and I are in the same boat.

The 3-5 days has passed for me as well (as you can see in my previous post). I also made another, larger withdrawal a few days after my first one (before the delay issue), which has now been "released" and therefore I cannot cancel it. It now has the same fate as my first cashout (this second one was more than twice as big).

They have been very, very fast in replying to my emails for sure (much less than 24 hours for each response), but of course, nothing of substance has occurred.

I just want my money.

Yeah same boat. Lots of words, but nothing substantive yet. However I was lucky and got my second withdrawal canceled just in time.

Hello XXXX,

I am sending you this as an update as you have requested many times, and I
apologise for not responding sooner. I was holding out to send you some
good news, but at present we are still awaiting confirmation from the
processors of what the problem is.

There is still no indication of a timeframe for this issue to be resolved,
however we expect it to be sometime this week. I thank you for your
patience so far, and I will continue to chase this matter on your behalf.

I will be in contact once I have more information or answer any questions
you may have.

Regards,

Jonathan,
PokerStars Payments.
