It's annoying in cheaply produced porn to sometimes hear the cameraman/director tell the girl-on-bottom or whatever to switch positions.

Also, seeing camera flashes when they are taking stills while a scene is being filmed. Very annoying. Keep the illusion intact. I hate to see the boom mike too.
