His flop min-raise is bizarre, but otherwise, this does look a lot like KK. You have to consider the possibility that your club draw is dead, and that you may lose some outs on the turn when the backdoor heart draw materializes. All these factors combined makes this a likely fold ... IMO he's not on a move when the board pairs on the river often enough to make calling pot profitable.
