Look at his wtsd and fold to flop % to see if the flop bet is worth it. I don't play fullring but I rarely bother against open limpers on raggy boards. I'd rather have a K42 or Q73 type board so they have less hands to peel with.
As played the pot is tiny, it's definitely not worth it to completely bluff a paired turn card. I also doubt it's profitable to semibluff when you pick up outs, pot is tiny and he doesn't look like a folder from the limited stats.
