If everyone folds to your shove you win $230. Thus he needs to fold >34% of the time. QQ+, AK is 34 combos so he needs to have more than 18 combos in his squeezing range which he will fold to a shove.
This calculation ignores the possibility that one of the players in between had smoothcalled KK or AA hoping to get squeezed.
