Players cheating/teaming in poker games is a lot more common down south also.
You will also find a higher percentage of crooked law enforcement officers & local judges south of the mason/dixon line.
Finally, discrimination is more commonplace south of the border.
Guess there will be a lot of sore wrists south of the border under your rule.
