you got your odds backwards...assuming 12 outs...maybe 11. he is a about 45% to win. he only needs 33% to call.

yes mine is a little off...but I don't think he is getting odds...ok, so at best I give him a 45% chance of winning the pot. Now I will do a bet by bet rundown of pot size.
6 each PF = 12
Hero bets 10 = 22
Villain raises to 54, pot is 76.
to call he has to invest 44.
44/76 = 58%
again, at best he is a 45% fav.
he is not getting odds to call the all in...but whats 13% in the long run....meh.
