Check-raising all-in on the turn is terrible because your stack is the size of the pot. If he bets, you have next-to-no fold equity since the size of the pot will give him irresistible odds to call your push.
I might fold preflop without good reads on villain since it looks like his PFR % is fairly low and he raised UTG, and I'm giving up on the river. He often has a pocket pair here that he is unlikely to fold, and no scare cards came that you could bluff on. He might also have a slowplayed queen.
