It looks like I can actually draft/undraft people manually as the commish. So if so, I'll just draft scrubs for him, unless I hear from him in the next few minutes.

If he does turn out to have signed up, looks like I'm playing the $25 to balance it out. I can sell my spot i guess in the next few minutes if someone wants in to the $25 -- I can add a second owner and let you draft.
