Default 400NL - turn play w/ QQ overpair

Villain is a good reg, 22/18/2.4 over a large sample. He's pretty aggressive and tricky, known floater, capable of delayed semi-bluffs, etc... his biggest weakness I think is that he try to outplay the regulars too often.
My image is around 21/17/3, he has 3-bet me preflop quite a bit this session but we haven't played big pots yet.

Everest Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00/$4.00 (HH Converter by Kreatief)

UTG ($233.85)
MP ($61.50)
CO ($500.30) (Hero)
Button ($528.70)
SB ($466.20)
BB ($400.00)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $18.00</font>, MP3 calls $18.00, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>,

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ( $42 )
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $43.00</font>, MP3 calls $43.00,

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ( $128 )
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 bets $74.00</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises All-In $439.30</font>,

What's the best turn play ? I think I misplayed this one, a bet/call is much better I guess ?
