To everyone,
I'm taking a two week vacation so I've stopped all cardio, but I walk a bunch (probably 2+ miles everyday). Should I feel guilty? I'm happy because I eat really good food and have quality time with peeps but the hanging thought of having to lose the weight after vacation kinda bothers me.
