I assume this case is the former,
fairly easy bet/call turn and if called shove all rivers, (C/F an A i guess?)
As played I'd CRAI shove the turn.
(your hand really sucks but o well the pot is too big)

But before that I would most likely smooth call PF.

Yeah, I agree with this. I don't really like rr preflop with KQ without planning to play for stacks on a flop like this, esp oop. So i don't rr unless it's against someone I actually can play for stacks against here. Generally (and vs this player specifically) I don't rr and I don't mind just calling.
