EDIT: To expound, he's not saying that these kids deserved it, or are guilty, he's just pointing out that while all of us here are like ZOMG THIS IS A HUGE INJUSTICE (which he isn't disputing) we're ignoring, or are unaware of the fact, that kids get away with this all the time.
