Evil - really? Do you always use statutes to define values? I could see how you could advise that it is illegal. But evil?
And then inventing a punishment that you personally deem appropriate? How does this fit with the wrong-doing. Surely the punishment would also be whatever is deemed appropriate in the law as well?
