preflop I open ~60% of the time. If I am new to the table and have no reads or there is much 3-betting going on I usually dump it.
as for the flop I prefer just calling the c/r without any history or reads of some kind. That way its harder for villian to get away from AQ AJ kind of hands and if he fires big on a spade turn you can get away from the hand. also, if he had total air (not very likely though) he probably fire a blank turn which you gain from.

66 generally just call the raise but thats only 3 combos.
