reading this, it seems to me that if you live in a commie controlled state like the pacific northwest, (WA,OR) like in the article, then you can do something like carry a sign or wearing a tshirt protesting the war or bush or something, and then hope to god you get arrested, then you can sue sue sue sue.
also as poker players we can and do carry cash so we can quickly bail out lol.
