pretty standard cross country plane trip clusterf*. shame on you for not having a confirmation # for your rescheduled itinerary, but it sounds like your only misstep.

the richmond manager could not possibly do anything for you. you can't get on the plane without a boarding pass and the computer won't print out a boarding pass until you buy a ticket. not sure what you expected her to do. she can't just write you out one with a pen or anything.

also "thousands on airfare each year" isn't really getting you anywhere sorry to say. to them you are a side business that is just used to fill the cheap seats. I used to spend thousands a month and the only real difference that made is they would smile a lot more when they said no.
