A bluff doesn't make sense here. If he has air, then he called the flop and turn w/ nothing, and that seems insane.
I don't know what he has, but I wouldn't put the rest of my stack in hoping to see a bluff.
Also, since you bet the flop and turn, then he must give you credit for having some kind of hand, especially given the board texture. I doubt he's trying to push you off of a hand, unless he is a complete maniac/retard.
