This doesn't work for me at all, during the summer I wouldn't be able to fall asleep until about 830am...so in the days before school started I tried staying up a full day, but that just resulted in me only sleeping for like 3 hours then waking up at like 2am and not falling asleep again til 8...first day of classes I had a class at 9, since then I haven't been able to sleep for more than a stretch of 3 hours at any time =/
