I've done this quite a few times and it doesn't work as a one off, as soon as I've had a proper nights sleep my body won't let me sleep until 4am the next day and then it just goes back to the way it was.
Maybe I just need to fight it for like a week, I'm really not sure how long it takes to adjust to a completely different pattern, hence this thread.
