Changing my sleep pattern
Currently I go to sleep at about 6amish and wake up around 3pm, this is perfect for poker since peak time starts around 7pm and finishes sometime in the morning, but there are many disadvantages and since I will probably be taking on a part-time jay oh bee soon (yea im crazy) it needs to change to something more 'normal'.
So I'm enlisting the help of OOT, help me cure my nocturnal ways, whats the easiest way to make the transition to ideally a 12am-10am (obv waking up earlier on days I work) pattern?
Anyone had much experience doing this?
