No. But the U.S. Taxpayer will, as will those who won't have to sign up for the draft.

I'm glad that you admit that you are willing to sacrifice Iraqi lives to reduce the strain on the tax bills of your neighbours. It must be wonderful to be able to make that choice.

Of course, while I would prefer that US citizens pay lower taxes, I think that the value of human lives has a higher value to me.
