Your post is a little confusing. It reads as if both Players B AND C are already all-in preflop.
I assume you meant that Player C calls B's raise to $70, as does Player A.
If this is a cash game, depending upon the rules of the specific cardroom, a player might be able to expose one of his cards.
Exposing both is collusion (and dumb as hell).
I've heard players ask to just check it down, but not while exposing hole cards.
