We can determine that pretty easily.
The bottom straight is 6789T and the top straight is 9TJQK.
The J can't be on the board because then the T-hi straight wouldn't exist. The T and 9 have to be on the board since they're shared.
But that leaves lots of possibilities. Such as.

68 and KJ on 79TQ
78 and KJ on 69TQ
67 and QJ on 89TK
68 and QJ on 79TK
