He shows up w/ a busted draw a lot...but there's definitely value to be had from 99/TT/8x or even 7x against this guy. I make it like $99.

The third is really close. If he were an aggro-tard...I probably C/C here. Since he's somewhat of a station, I'm tempted to bet like 1/2 pot and expect to get called by worse Q's a good % of the time.
