Re: Kopi Luwak (strange/exotic and extremely expensive coffee)
Im not a huge coffee drinker by any stretch of the imagination, however when i was in Istanbul there was a vendor who had some Kopi Luwak. A friend and I decided to buy a small amount (a bag with enough for 6-8 cups, it was about $20 at the exchange rate at the time I would guess) just for the sake of trying it.
I actually didn't really enjoy it, the flavor was strong and deep with an aftertaste almost akin to that of when you eat very strong chocolate. I say this but me commenting on the quality of coffee is like a lager lout comparing fine wine vintages; I have no idea what I am talking about.
