Both you and Stabn have given me a great idea! Why didn't I think of this? I'm not too bright, that's why I didn't think of this! I'll experiment by freezing a number of them pre-cooked with the next batch, keeping them separable w/ wax paper and them cooking them when I need them. If that works then I 'owe' you guys. If not then nothing lost. I brought 2 w/ me today to a restaurant and they're still ok but in a few more days they get real dry. Still a healthier choice for me but it'd only take a minute to cook them up fresh if this idea works. Tx again! [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
