If he's loosing or has taken a bad beat recently then I would call down against a guy with those stats, but if not I would fold the river. But if you can't fold TP to one more bet than folding the turn is perfectly fine. You aren't getting the correct odds to chase so calling the turn is only insurance against 88-JJ, A6 & A7. I advocate taking that insurance but if you can't fold the river than I say fold the turn.
