However, these two player have already been looked at and it's confirmed that one player was paying off a debt to the other. Rest assured these players were warned, and were asked to use the player to player transfer function.

Let me also thank you for your email. Vigilant players such as yourself are a fantastic resource for us to help keep the tables fair for all and free of collusion and cheaters.
