Preflop is awful, min raising is useless, if you raise there make it 250.

You can't check that flop for 2 reasons:
1) there is a possible flush draw
2) betting into a AAx board disguises your A more than checking

Turn:
you bet 100 into a 350 pot giving amazing odds to anyone chasing for the 4th H.
Bet pot size.

River:
Check/call the river, there is no point in leading here, as played you have to call.
