You have almost no FE here.

The push is good if his range roughly 10% or more (AT, A8s, KQs, 55+).
Usually without reads at a $16, his range is roughly that so I think it does not really matter if you fold or push but I'd fold with your stack. If the raiser is a known donk this is an easy push. If it's a good player, it's an clear fold.
