There is no way you should worry about hit-n-runs on-line. Change tables whenever you want, as often as you want, for any reason that you want. If the table is too tight, then leave. Too lag, then leave. You're too tired, then leave.
It's on-line!
Even in a live card room, you'd be fine getting up and leaving whenever you want.
But if this is a home game that just started, then winning and leaving shortly after arriving would be really bad form.
