The adjective in question may indicate hatred for any particular group or person, i.e., "anti-religion" or "racist". This is the word or phrase that provides variety in the posts.
The "LOL" portion pertains to the humor involved, even though most of it is anti-social and based on the degradation of others' value.
And apparently people love him for it.
