Default 200BB stacks, Gut shot + flush draw, is it worth it?

Alright, been lurking in here long enough, time to participate.

My line here is probably debatable, i think he gives me the exact implied odds i need on the turn to call this, but i'd like to know what you all think. This guy is 17/12, but opened up when we played heads-up or 3 handed...
