Default NL100 - KK oop against TAG

I suck at these spots, villain is a solid TAG running 19/13/3. FWIW I haven't seen him 3betting anything but monsters, so I think that it's likely that he just flat called AQ, I really don't know if he would raise the flop with it though. How do you people proceed and why?
