If you're a regular I'd probably think you're unlikely to slowplay a set on that a FD flop.
I just don't think he's EVER folding if the card helped him, and you'll probably end up having to put in a lot more money than you want to anyway. Seems like a lot of risk for not much reward.
+ If HE has something like a flushdraw you are giving him a great price to call and you'll probably check behind river (meaning you'll probably be checking behind with the worst hand when his FD pairs a lot of the time I'd imagine).
