I liked AoE2 a lot online at the Zone (msn.)
Played some other RTS's but could never really get into most of them.
Starcraft is pretty damn good, I played that briefly on a LAN at school w/ friends. SC gameplay is perfectly balanced it seems, but, eh, something about it is weird to me. The graphics are a little weak, "blurred" almost, and I never really liked all the air units. SC is very straightforward.
