i get the impression villain in question is acting like a hotshot "i play higher limits than you guys so i'm better than you" and just splashing around like he doesn't care about the money because he's that much better. Generally, he sounds like a douchebag, and something like this would acceptable b/c it doesn't even seem like he cares at all, looking at cards with one hand, etc. I would slowroll his ass also.
