Given the assumption he will pay you off for that last 20 if you hit, then I see nothing wrong with just calling here. It could save you $20 when you miss but you will still gain the same amount if you hit, just like abscr said. Hoever, if you think he's capable of laying down the straight then the flush comes or board pairs then you should definately be pushing.
I dont think its as clear-cut of an answer as Slider seemed to make it though.
