in the case of the guy who tried to rape a family member, I call the cops, but I make sure to call the cops that are friends of mine so they let me have a few minutes behind a dumpster with him before they haul them off.
in case of a boss...I would have the girl go back in with a wire, get the guy to admit it on tape, and blackmail him
