Yeah, this is true. My sister's girlfriend is getting absolutely hosed in her divorce because they didn't sign a prenup. The funny thing is, she asked about it before they got married, he turned it down acting all noble like they could handle this fairly. But once she made an assload of money I guess he changed his tune quickly.
