checking the flop is fine/standard.
But with chips stacks how they are, why not try and induce a bluff? Especially if any of the remaining players are at all aggressive, (and what player isn't aggro on Stars anymore?), I like anywhere from a min-bet to 400 on the flop.
As played, both a flush and a str8 draw have appeared on the turn. I bet 1000ish
