Welcome to 2+2.
Since you're new here, you'll likely find it difficult obtaining a partner who will send first.
There are reliable folks here. There are also scammers, so be very cautious.
Before you transfer any funds to anybody, do this!
I suggest that you pay special attention to the first post in this thread, and acquaint yourself with the names of people on the most recent alleged scammers list.
Next, take a look here for trading tips.

Lastly, If you are contacted by anyone offering to trade with you, post their 2+2 name here. You'll likely get one of the veteran traders here to offer some feedback or additional advice.
